As the PC on this project, we were faced with complex scaffolding requirements in one of the most constrained and demanding locations in the City of London. The project required a contractor capable of managing not only extremely technical challenges, but also strict regulatory conditions, including oversailing licences, restricted working hours and a uniquely complex scaffold tying solution which took months of designing due to the need to protect the integrity of the building and fireproofing.
